Hi and welcome from Crown Point. In all honesty, you may have to decide if it's worth the fight to declare yourself liberal. It's an individual thing-- if you're up for a constant battle over your politics, then it's worth it. If you would rather just talk about guns and leave politics outside, you might enjoy your stay more. This is not at all a threat, just a personal observation. I have decided that since I do not belong on the far right, I just stick with gun talk and general chitchat.
