I have a couple questions that I want to be sure I am thinking correctly about. So if you can help me out I would appreciate it.

    1. If you have an Urban deer zone license and you are working on that bag limit it does not matter what weapon you use as long as it is legal for that time period? For example - Muzzle loader... I don't need a muzzle loader license during the ML season if I have an urban deer zone license correct?

    2. The bag limits have me a little confused. UDZ says "1 antlered deer (see “earn-a-buck” req. Deer Regulations) AND 3 antlerless deer OR 4 antlerless deer." Now I am not personally trying to take that many deer but I don't need a separate license for each deer correct? As I see it I could take 3 does on the same license and a buck as long as I take one doe before taking the buck. Please correct me if I am wrong.

    Thanks

Urban Deer ZonesUrban deer zones give archery hunters opportunities
to harvest deer in defined urban deer
zones, in addition to statewide bag limits.
The urban deer zone season is Sept. 15, 2013
through Jan. 31, 2014. The bag limit for the urban
zones is four antlerless deer, or three antlerless
and one deer of either sex within an urban zone.
Individuals hunting in a designated urban deer
zone who are attempting to satisfy the urban
deer zone bag limit must harvest an antlerless
deer before harvesting an antlered deer (a.k.a.
    earn-a-buck). The earn-a-buck requirement only
applies to the urban deer zone bag limit. The urban
deer zone bag limit is in addition to all other
bag limits. (See page 23 for deer bag limits)

Urban Zone is Archery (Bow or Crossbow) this is clearly shown on page 23. Your post implied you may hunt in Urban Zone under the Urban Zone License with a M/L.

The urban deer zone licenseallows an individual to harvest one deer per
license in a defined urban deer zone. Hunters
attempting to satisfy the urban deer zone bag
limits must have an urban deer zone, resident
    youth hunt/trap, lifetime comprehensive hunting,
    or lifetime comprehensive hunting/fishing
license, or meet a license exemption.

So one license per kill. You kill four you need four licenses.
