The other day, I went to the range, and a few magazines in something happened with my trigger. Every time I fired the pistol, the trigger would not reset. I had to physically push the trigger forward to get it to reset. Almost like a spring broke or something, but I know nothing about these types of things.

So INGO, what do you think happened, and how can I fix it?

if your 92 has high miles it might be a good idea to do a spring kit and replace all the tired ones. You will also get people that say now that the trigger return spring is broken get the Wolff conversion unit.

Most excellent advice. Your gun runs on springs. They wear out. Some are better than others. Replace them all with Wolff or ISMI and they will probably never wear out. The factories use the cheapest springs they can find.

This product was developed at the request of the then INS (Immigration and Naturalization Service), which was largest federal law enforcement agency in the country, to solve the problem of trigger spring breakage in their duty weapons.
