Help for the computer illiterate

I can admit that my computer skills are lacking and I could use some help.

Why am I seeing this image instead of the pics and how do I go about fixing this?

See, I told you I am a computer illiterate. Its showing up when I pull up the page but if you cant see it I'll try to describe it for you. Its a frog in a icecube picture and it says I have a unregistered domain. I googled it and couldn't come up with any way to register so I thought you guys might be able to point me in the right direction.
