So I got a new 4x4, and I'm thinking about getting a vanity plate. Please vote or add your own suggestion. Obviously I don't want anything that will constantly get me pulled over or vandalized repeatedly. Yes, some of my "possibles" might push the limit...

I chose the i push back option. I think you will find that many of these are impossible to actually get. The BMV will screen your choice, anything having to do with firearms, racial topics (infidel) and many other things are denied immediately. My friend tried to get 1032boo (ten code for man with a gun) and they rejected it immediately.

Doesn't somebody here have a 7.62x54 plate in their avatar? I don't know if it's a real plate, but if it is, they got it approved. I vote for infidel, but I'd bet it's taken.

Interesting. How do you know if any of those are available? Is there a place to check for possible vanity plate names?

I agree with Bill that the caliber ones are probably the most stealthy. If they don't know about calibers, they may not even recognize it as a vanity plate.

They didn't balk at my "ARLADY" when I had one years ago. And around that same time I saw "AR 15." Maybe times have changed, but it's been done.
