Help me with a "girlie" AR for my wife.

Not the components, the furniture. I want to surprise my wife with her very own AR for christmas. She said she'd wait for her birthday, but I want to beat that timeline. She said she wanted it to be girlie, so show me some interesting camo's/colors etc for one.

I'm actually in the exact same spot. Thinking about getting the wife an AR for Christmas but can't find the girlie parts I'm looking for (story of my life).

Magpul had pink furniture, but it's out of stock everywhere I look. The only girlie thing I've seen is a pink lower that Bradis had advertised, but like you I'm leaning more towards the furniture. Good luck and hopefully someone on here has some info.

Build or buy the AR and then have it Cerakoted. That way you aren't limited to certain color/style/quality of parts.

Take a look at the thread I posted some time back. My wifes Idea of a girly AR15 was Purple (her favorite color) furniture. It's really easy to do. Just have to start with any furniture of your choice in Flat Dark Earth color.

This is a nice looking kit. If she ever did decide to get out of the "girlie" mode then it's easily replaceable.

My wife likes the camo patterns listed on the duracoat site.

Nothing says you have to stick with the colors shown in the pattern. Mix and match until your hearts content.

Hydro dipping is all the rage here is an example or you can just put it in the furniture.
