Help on ring height

Im looking to get a 1-6 or 1-8 Primary Arms scope for a ruger american ranch. Would I need low or medium height rings?

Get the low. I'm using Warne low rings on my American with a Vortex Viper 6.5-20x44 and it's close, but it fits.

Agreed with above, not sure why this took 3 days to get a response. Low Warnes would fit perfectly
