Help with a Barska scope

So i got a barska 4x28 ir electro scope the other week for my ak-47 (cheap scope for a cheap gun) anyway .. so i am at the range and the scope is shooting low and to the left .. adjust the sights right ? well i adjusted it as far as it can go without it unscrewing .. and its still low and to the left .. so now i'm not sure what to do .. should i just junk the scope and try again or can i do something with this to sight it in?

Make sure you have the base mounted properly and correct height rings.
