Help with type of 700 Im looking at.

I looking at getting a r700 in the coming days and im confused on the model. The guy says its an LTR, but the stock is different, and it has a threaded barrel.
Heres what its got:
20in fluted bull barrel
threaded muzzle
sps varmint stock (one with the 3 vent holes)

Im assuming everything is as is from the factory, so can anyone identify this set-up before I buy?

I don't think an LTR would come in an SPS stock. Offer $500 worth of trade goods, if the action and barrel is worth a hoot. What is up with those scope mounts?

Prob not a ton of folks on in the middle of the night...

The Remington model number for that rifle is 85470; it was a special distributor run and you can find them on Google. Basically a LTR barreled action with 1:10 fluted barrel with threaded muzzle and tupperware SPS stock. Last week Orion Arms in Jeff had one on their rack.

Its legit.

See through rings on a rifle with no irons, on the other hand, are NOT.
