While I do not believe in "censorship", private companies and employers can block whatever they want. I see no wrong doing here.

Employers can block what they want, but I would challenge why they would block that site but liberal web sites were left unblocked. Then again, challenging it might not be the best career move!

This was Not a "Private Company" and this is copied from the article. The 2 extreme leftist web sites were not blocked only the conservative sites. I will agree that a private employer has the right to block certain sites or all web access during work hours BUT those employees also have the right to seek employment elsewhere.

I love your site. I usually scan through the Conservative news fist thing in the morning when I get to work. Today, while having a cup of coffee, I tried to load your site I got:
I found other conservative sites were also blocked. Of course Moveon.org & DailyKos were not blocked.
What was most disturbing was the reason your site was blocked. The notice said Hate/Discrimination.
I thought you should know about this even though I'm not sure what can be done about it.

Do the block (to tell them it's "hate speech" in that the guy in the White House hates America), but then put in a redirect to take them to a Conservative site.

Preferably with popups every 15 min. if they're not already on the Conservative site.

Alternatively, you could have it redirect them to one of those "porno alert" sites that sounds a siren and announces, "PERV ALERT! PERV ALERT! THIS PERSON IS LOOKING AT GAY PORN!" loudly....
