I don't normally wear a watch. Yesterday, at the Dr office I saw a watch ad in a magazine I was looking at. It looked pretty sweet so I pulled out my phone to find a price.. $500.. looks like I'll stay "watchless".

Nothing more than an ordinary Casio G-Shock (model 3232) that I bought in Wal-Mart.
No, it's not pretty, but it's tough as an anvil, I never have to take it off to shower or swim, with only moving equipment or electrical work that would necessitate taking it off.
This is heresy to say, but I've never understood the idea of a watch as jewelry.
To me, it's a timepiece, and I see no reason to sacrifice durability by turning my timepiece into a showpiece.
If I want jewelry (the only item I ever wear is my wedding ring), I'll get another ring, bracelet, or necklace.

I have been wearing Fossil watches for the last 17 years.

Currently have 21, working on the 22nd.

Casio g-shock I got at the NEX at Pearl 10 years ago. First watch I've not broken, even broke another g-shock. It's cheap enough I wouldn't cry if it broke, but expensive enough to last. No battery changes, self-hacking via USNO. It looks very unimpressive but it works for me

I received an Apple Watch for my birthday. I never really wanted one, but it is sweet.

Lots of cool options that you would never miss if you never had. Before the apple watch I had a FitBit since Christmas. I liked that too, but usually wore a watch with more style.

    Apple Watch is in.

The band broke, they wanted $88, so I pulled one off an old casio.

Seiko divers watch. Had it since my 20's (40 years) no battery, just wrist movement. Been through multiple bands until I made my own from paracord. It just does not wear out.

G-shock analog/digital. I used to have a citizens divers watch but it died after I had the battery replaced by an idiot. I didn't realize it was no longer waterproof.

Wouldn't mind getting a dressier watch though. Probably a Citizens Eco drive, or I saw a Nixon black stainless that I saw in an add the other day that I really liked.

Just received this for 5 years at my job. Nice Citizen watch. Nothing real fancy as it can be had online for under $100. I'll have to have a link added at it fits really snug.

    I haven't worn a watch since 2009 so I'll give it a chance.
