I have for sale a very high quality weight set. This set will give you almost everything you need without having a gym membership. Also, you could fit this in a 10'x10' space if you were so inclined. 12'x12' EASILY.
Below are the specs.
- Go Fit weight weight rack with (2) adjustable incline benches. 3 points for cable exercises. Dip rack.
- Olympic free weights and bar. (4) 45# plates, (2) 35#, (4) 25#, (2) 10#, (4) 5#, (2) 2.5# (395 pounds in weights + 45# bar = 440 total pounds)
- Full set of quality hex dumbells and 2 weight racks. 3#, 5#, 8#, 10#, 12# and in 5# increments up to 70# (1,096 total pounds)
- Kettlebells. 5#, 7#, 10#, 15#, 20#, 25#, 35# (117 total pounds)
- Heavy chains for bars
- Numerous cable exercise bars.
- 2 large mirrors and 1 medium size mirror
The equipment is in excellent condition and has been well cared for. Buyer must pick up in Delaware county (near Muncie). I will not and cannot deliver.

The dumbells alone would cost you almost $1200 new. (I will entertain quality trades, but cash would be my preference. I just dropped some serious coin on reloading equipment and benches. My reloading bench will be going in this space.)
