    Can someone tell me about this shotgun.
    I've done some research and this is what I've found out.
    It's a High Standard Riot model 18-7RS K-120 in 12g.
    I think it was made in 1969. The markings makes me believe is was a police department trade in.
    The finish looks original, but I haven't seen one with this finish during my internet search.
    It may just be completely worn off bluing.
    The stock pad doesn't look original to me.
    It's in really good shape and doesn't look have been used much.
    I love the old school wood riot gun look.

    Nice, I had one years ago, and traded it off, mine had been hand painted a horrible camo. I removed the paint and had nice wood stock, and fore grip. Shoot it, and let us know how you like it.
    I wonder what city the H.C.P.D. is from?

    I bought in in the late 1980’s for a paultry sun of like 200 bucks. I shot it a fair amount but nothing major. Worked fine had it in my closet as a backup house gun for about 10 years then sold it when I got into 870’s
