Let me fix that for you. "Anyone on here have an H&K sear?"

Since when did the "H" in "Heckler" become silent? The correct grammatical use of "a" or "an" is dependant on the characteriation of the proceeding word to follow; a word beginning with a consonant is proceeded by the atricle "a", whereas the beginning of the word that has a vowel, is proceeded by the article "an". Special cases exist where if the "H" is unsounded the article "an" will be used. Therefore, you sir would be incorrect in your claim. Don't believe me? I think Purdue would beg to differ....

The correct grammatical use would be "Anyone on here have a H&K sear?" The "H" is not silent.....Heckler is not pronounced "Eckler". James....I smh at you. Bad monkey.

I hate you Zach. Depending on how much you've had to drink, the H could be silent.

All of my HK rifles have sears in them, don't they?

As a matter of fact they do. =)

It's actually the "Catch" or "safety catch" that's removed in a semi-auto gun. They're always referred to as a registered sear, but the sear is a different part and exists in any HK pattern trigger pack, no matter if it's semi or full auto. It's the catch and the trip lever that are missing from a semi pack (except for MKE's, which are only missing the trip lever, but have a modified hammer, catch and trigger block).
