Hlep me ID a TV program/scene

I need help finding a clip from one of the rescue/firefighter type shows from a few years ago that had a scene where a woman firefighter was crushed under a wall or something and was conversing with her colleagues.

It was a dramatic scene that I came across with remote in hand.

Does anyone remember it?

The general plotline sounds like it might have been "Third Watch".

I can't give much help. She spoke with her colleagues, it was apparent she was injured and lying down. She talked about things she was going to do, I think. The camera showed the others faces then panned back to show her foot up by her head, she was bent double and didn't know it.

That is the only part I saw.
