My wife works in home health here in SE Indiana. Today, she was speaking with the Director of a homeless shelter and she was making small talk about how busy the shelter must be. He said "actually, we're empty". The President took stimulus dollars and decided to pay their rent and utilities for a year. So, rather than these folks getting some shelter and some basic economic education about how to manage their little bit of income, they were sent out with their bills paid for a year.

This is how votes are bought and paid for, Chicago Style.

Well be thankfull they are back from where they came. Here in Bloomington the homless shelters are so cushy they are drawing in vagrants from across the country. The current stink is the methodists are giving aid and comfort to sex offenders even though they violate their parole by housing them in the church right next to a day care ministry. Bloomington is being overrun by criminals and nut cases. and trust me we had enough nut cases we didnt need these idiots to import more.
