I have often wondered why Obama just doesnt show his birth certificate. Why he as spend millions to get it sealed.

As I understand it (and I could be wrong), even if he was born outside the United States but was born to atleast one parent who was already a US citizen then he is considered a Natural Born US citizen.

Don't get me wrong, I hate the guy and would love to see him removed from office. Please enlighten me on why he is trying so hard from anyone seeing his birth certificate.

I apologize if this has already been addressed or needs to be moved an included somewhere else.

Personally, I think he WAS born here, but previously said he was born elsewhere to take advantage of certain entitlement programs and doesn't want to be busted out on that. That's why his college records are also unavailable.

Just a guess on my part; I could be wrong...

Interesting theory, and one I hadn't heard before.

    Not correct...
At the time of his birth the Parent had to be 19 or older, or Military Serving Overseas (the case for McCain)...
His Mother would have been 18, therefore he would not be eligible to be a Native American...

Again, I don't think it would make any difference to find out that he wasn't born here. I don't think you could get enough votes to impeach him.

You are right I sincerely doubt if you could gather the votes for that...
However, It would make a difference for the People in my Profession...

Why doesn't he do it? Simple. It keeps his enemies running around like chickens with their heads lopped off and they don't pay attention to what his left hand is doing.

Look at it from this angle:

Any money Barack Obama spends on this case he knows well get replaced one way or another. It is costing him less than those bringing the cases. At the same time it is diverting funds that could but used against him for other reasons.

If the allegations are true then he wins as long as he can keep the info sealed and no amount of money matters.

If the allegations are not true then he wins as long as he can keep his opposition spending more money than he does.

you wouldnt even have to impeach him if you could prove he was not born a naturalized U.S. citizen. he would immediately be ineligible and immediately no longer the president of the U.S.

impeachment is reserved for those who effed up after legitimately being elected. not people who are foreign socialist imposters.

the courts would have to immediately rule. which they should already be doing, but they are impotent. If anyone doesnt believe banks run America then just look at Obamas presidency. it would financialy damage the U.S. if he was openly proven ineligible. so thats why its not happening.

We should be protesting in the streets right now over this BS.

There is no provision in the Constitution for nullifying an election. It would have to be proven in a court. The only court that can remove a President who has been sworn in to office is the Senate. The Supreme Court has no jurisdiction to remove a President or even to say that he is ineligible. The only remedy is a Senate trial.

    Then lets get it on!!!!!!!!

You would think it would be an easy fix to prove once and for all but as long as the media wishes to keep him as president than nothing is going to happen. :xmad:

So much for the new "transparency" that the chosen turd was going to bring in.

The states have jurisdiction over the birth certificates they issue. They've produced official documentation, and they've said that Obama was born there. Something else would have to come out. Removing a President is a political process, not a legal process. The only way it will ever happen, regardless of evidence, is if enough Senators think it is politically expedient to do so. It's not going to happen.

i was gonna say it would show the government still works for the people. but actualy it would show that our government doesnt work anymore, because if it did fakebama would have never been put on the ballot.

You know......... this makes me miss the days of Bill Clinton.

When he was launching missles for a distraction with his right hand
it usually just meant he had his left hand in some girls pants, not that he was trying to [STRIKE]destroy the country like obama[/STRIKE].
Sorry, make the country better like obama.

How would he have been kept off?

Right. Most, if not all, states require no particularly detailed or definitive documentation of a Presidential candidate's eligibility for office. Obama has an apparently legitimate Hawaiian birth certificate. How would he have been screened out under then current law?

Correct, and for that Senate trial to happen, with Chief Justice Roberts presiding, the House has to impeach him. So long as Nancy Pelosi never puts the question before the House, they will not hear the motion for it, he will not be impeached nor tried, nor convicted, nor removed from office.

Sadly, I do not expect a Republican Speaker to be any more forthcoming with said impeachment.

    Blessings,
    Bill
