Holy crap, we were there for six hours today and may go back on Sunday.

    FUN, FUN, FUN!

p.s. And we had that much fun, even though we missed out on Jeep rides and clays!

We were there from 9-12:30. We had a great time. The bikers, and joggers were kind of in the way of all the buss and trolly traffic though. The dnr web page says no biking will be permitted within the park during the event, what happened there? Ohwell we still had a great time regardless. Thanks to all who helped put this event on.

The DNR was busy chasing them off of the trails down-range of the shotgun range. :ar15::runaway:

We had to run folks off of the Jeep trail several times. Still had a great time, though! My Jeep gave about 200 rides on Saturday alone (50 some miles, .25 miles at a time!). Not sure of the grand total yet. I'll post up when we know.

Thanks to all that came out, and to those that didn't - you missed a great weekend of fun!

We spent seven hours there today, making it 13 for the weekend! We did get a Jeep ride and a UTV ride, too.

We can't wait to go again next year. Super event. And FREE.

I cannot bealeave the bikers, lol. Downrange of the shooting? They have no common sence or what? We too went for a jeep ride. We rode in a blue rubicon. The driver was a super nice guy. And we went for a ride on the Kawasaki mule in the UTV's. Again the driver, super guy. Everyone for the most part was verry polite. We had a great time.

We also panned for gold, walked the whitetail sensory trail, done some bow fishing, and a handfull of other things. We will defiantly be back again next year.

THANKS TO ALL WHO PUT EVENT ON.
