I shot at Atlanta this past weekend on a USPSA course that contained two qualifier stages. This is the first shoot for me that I have had a membership number after joining the week before. Will my scores on those two qualifiers result in a classification being assigned for my class (production) or do I have to shoot more qualifiers before I am classified ? If/when I do become classified where will I be able to see that ? USPSA website ?

    Thanks in advance

Yes, if your USPSA number was submitted with the match results, you will get scores for the two classifiers you shot. For an initial classification in any division, you need a minimum of four classifier scores on record. After that, USPSA uses the best six of your most recent eight scores to calculate a current classification percentage for you. They will omit scores that are close to zero, duplicates that are lower than another current score on record, and scores that are substantially below your classification from the calculation.

In general, "class" and "classification" refer to ability level (D,C,B,A,M,GM) and "division" refers to your gear and specific rules for your gear (Open, Limited, Limited 10, Production, Revolver, Single Stack).
