How many shotgun shells

What do you guys think is a good amount to store and what kind for whatever given SHTF scenario you can think of. I will say the basics birdshot, Buckshot, and slugs. all this applies to 12 gauge.


Now on a side note I have 2 single shots a .410 and 10 gauge. Should I put a large amount of ammo back for those as well?

Rule of thumb for prepping, buy it cheap and stack it deep.

lol Thats what it seems. Im just starting to get into stockpiling. Looking for a Good minimum round count lol

Start reloading. You can re-use the hulls.

I've probably got about 500-600 of various shells loaded w/about 2k or so hulls (along with primers, powder, cups & shot) waiting to be reloaded.
