As for the 870? I'd pay $200-$250 as I would have to change the stock and forend.

EDIT: Nevermind, I wouldn't pay more than $200. I don't like the one piece extended mag tubes because they don't work with other 870 barrels. Not that it's not a good shotgun, it would just have to be a super deal for me to choose it over a more versatile version.

If it's exactly what you're looking for, possibly up to $250. Don't expect to be able to get that out of it though. If you'd life to change anything about it, stay closer to $200.
