A lot depends on the weather and if I am outside for the day. Some summer days only one visit to INGO. When winter hits full blast I will be on 5-10 times a day.

Edit: 24 hours x 60 mins = 1,440 mins in a day, 1,440 mins / 20 mins = 72 times a day!
