I can never get the ones from giphy.com to load here so I usually look elsewhere.

Example:
Google search images "yes gif"
Then I right click on the image I want and go to the original file:
http://www.reactiongifs.com/wp-content/gallery/yes/yesjacknicholson.gif

Then use the "insert photo" button and paste the link there.
Click the "from URL" and uncheck the "Retrieve remote file and reference locally"
