    for that color scheme you would be looking at Duracoat, I would think... as far as cost, that all depends on if you try it yourself, or have a pro do it... for something that "advanced" :) I'd go with a pro! Hoosier Gun Coat would be my recommendation!

    I would think for that you would want to dip, not duracoat. There is a guy at the 1500 who specializes in it, can't remember the name of his biz, but that is what I would say.
