I've got a great recurve that I'm having a hard time parting with. It's a Damon Howatt Coronado bow from probably back in the 60's to 70's. It has what I think is a Bubinga riser with brown glass on the front and back. This is a pretty rare configuration for a Coronado as I've never seen another like it. Definitely not as flashy as Howatt's other models (Mamba, Hunter, etc), but a beautiful and functional bow needing to get in the woods.

It shows some wear, but not bad at all for a bow of this age. There were 4 small holes in the window that have been expertly repaired (prior to me purchasing it). Limb tips were also reinforced at that time. Seller told me that it could use FF string material, but I've only shot it with the Dacron string currently on it. It also has a piece of rubber tubing that has been slipped up around the grip area, which is fantastic. It does have a new rug and strike plate on the shelf. Bow strings up straight and true without any signs of cracking or crazing with no deep gouges or scratches through the finish.

I had shoulder surgery back in January, and I'm not going to be able to shoot a non-let-off bow for some time yet. Been hanging on to it since then, but have some other expenses I need to cover. Asking $140 OBO

You can see it/shoot it/pick it up in the French Lick/Paoli area. I also work in Scottsburg, so arrangements can be made to meet along the Hwy 56 corridor during the AM or PM commute through the week.

    Thanks!
