    Can't help with the value, but if your friend is in Indiana, all you have to do is get the money from the friend and hand the friend the rifle. That easy!

    You can look on gunbroker but it looks like a number of them that sold went for around $850 but don't take my word on it. Don't know the specifics or condition.

    In State sales are just person to person with no need to go through an FFL but you cannot knowingly sell to someone that cannot own a gun or you will be breaking the law. If your friend is out of State, you will have to go through an FFL.
