Huntertown .22

I was thinking of getting the Huntertown Guardian XL. Anybody have experience with this vs the regular Guardian?
I would intend on using it on a rifle. I'm leaning toward the XL. It doesn't seem too much heavier in ounces and I probably would not mind the length, if it improves dB reduction.
