    i am having a hard time finding a place to take my son hunting for next weekend.. if anyone knows of anyplace close to madison county (anderson) please let me know.. i would hate to miss the chance for my son to miss youth season this year..

    thanks that link is very helpfull.. i was hoping someone close to anderson had some land i could take my son hunting. i know the chances are better that i hit the lotto but it is worth a shot..lol

    You are not alone brother, over the years for every hundred acres that Ive lost hunting rights to, I have only gained 10 per.... not whinning, at least we still have some private land to hunt.

    Living in Morgan County, I have 2 private farms that I hunt and then I hunt Brown County at 3 different properties.... I even lost a family plot in Bainbgidge due to the sale of the land and house.

    During Youth Season Public Lands aren't all that bad; my son I have hunted public lands the last 2 seasons. This Youth hunt he has conflicts with H.S. Band so we'll miss it. Best of luck.
