I received my LTCH in the mail today! Only one month and 10 days. After reading about some of the horror stories, I was prepared to wait it out the full 8-10 weeks. I did the on line application, but was too cheap to do the on line finger prints, so I had the Cicero Police Department do them and and mail them in for me. All in all, I can't complain. Next time, I.... Well, I guess there really won't be a next time.... will there???? LOL
