I have a Goodman electric furnace for sale. Was installed in the fall of 2019 on a flip to prevent freezing was removed in spring of 2020 before demo.
10kW heat strips 100% functional at time of removal. Was never filled with freon just used for heat. Asking $300 obo
Trane XR AC condenser "not a heat pump" manufactured in 15 this was on the same flip mentioned above. I don't know the install date originally. Functional at time of removal. I don't know how many tons, the house was roughly 950 sqft pictures and labels below. Asking $250 OBO
