Me: Yes.
Hater: Are you a cop?
Me: No.
Hater: Then why do you have a gun?
Me: I have Second Amendment Right to bear arms and to protect myself, and I have a license to carry it.
Hater: Guns are dangerous!
Me: How did you get here today? Did you drive?
Hater: Yes.
Me: Why do you drive?
Hater: So I can get around!
Me: Do you have a license to drive?
Hater: Yes, of course.
Me: Well, you are more likely to kill an innocent person on the way home with your license than I am to kill an innocent person on the way home with mine. Have a good day.

Oh believe me, I'd much rather OC than CC but I get tired of people accusing me of "wanting to show off" or "being a cop wannabe" or some such nonsense. The simple matter is that OC is more comfortable and I believe it to be a deterrent.
