    I thought there was but couldn't remember for sure and couldn't find it, so I backtracked a bit until it surfaces. I just can't see a horse being a "device".

    My Great Uncle Yates got charged with a DUI in Harrison County Forest during a group trail ride on one of his Tennessee Walker's back in the 80's....IIRC it was dropped to PI due to the fact he was on his horse....Yates kept telling the officer that the horse had only had one beer all day and due to it's weight there was no way the horse was drunk.....

    He kept making the case to the officer that yes, he was drunk, but the horse was actually the one doing the driving.....

    He had fat leather saddle bags lined with Styrofoam he had rigged up...Papaw said Yates could get a case and a half of Falls City in there.....

    I know if it was any one but me folks would be thinking I am making this up....I am not...True story....

    RIP Uncle Yates...I hope they got Falls City on tap for you in Kingdom.....
