Well I finally had the pleasure of meeting churchmouse, too bad it was due to a dead A/C unit. Churchmouse is a very easy guy to deal with, the process itself was to my liking. Unfortunately cold air comes at a price, lol. So if any of the members here have an A/C issue give him a shout and see if he can help you.
