About 20 years ago, the guys at my local club were shooting 10m and IHMSA silhouette airgun in the winter months but I was not. When the weather warmed, I took 2 months of butt kickings (outdoors) from other shooters before I could get the rust off and shoot to my expectations.
Lesson learned! I've been shooting 10m rifle precision air and IHMSA silhouette in the off season ever since, and am very pleased with the results, both rifle and pistol. Cross training rules!!

I have not found an app to track addictions, but there's a handy website that works well to track them. It's at https://ingunowners.com. it's even broken down into useful categories like handguns, long guns, and air guns. I'll see if I can find a way to link it for you.
