Involuntary manslaughter tops, along with neglect and whatever else they can stack on with it being a child. He may get away with murder, but you'd have to prove it.
Police said the man had to be restrained at the scene because he was so distraught.

Harris has been charged with murder and cruelty to children for the death of his infant child. Good, I hope Harris spends the rest of his life in prison.
This was just mentioned on the Today Show. One of their suggestions was to put your cell phone in the back seat with your child. God knows you won't forget your CELL PHONE because I mean, THAT'S important!
That's a really good idea, because it will also keep people from messing with their phone while they're driving.
