I have been resisting shooting open but.....

I really like shooting with iron sights and as much as I don't want to go down this path. open guns are fun.
The more I shoot mine the more I like it.
The wife and I took our daughter and her husband shooting yesterday and I think this pic sums it up well



It's ugly right now but now that I have it running its time to put something other then left over paint on it

I had this custom paint job in my head and I stayed until 9:00 last night trying to get it from my head to the gun and finally gave up and went with one color ugh. I have no patience for that anymore. Oh, and what good is an open gun if there are no holes in the slide.

Done for awhile i hope. too many other things to do

Not completely sure yet. I do like how low the dot is to the slide. I haven't really put it to the test
