Well, they all are for the most part. IMO most Monroe Co. properties rob the buyer blind.

As a society we are heavy on credentials and a bit short on ability.

Yeah, that was sort of the premise for the thread. You know there's a gap in the logic when an agent actually tries to tell me that the dent on an overhead garage door compromises the structural integrity of the whole house. But she was licensed, so it's all good. Of course, I've had to be *that* agent once when my clients kept demanding I ask for more and more from the seller. I felt dirty after that transaction.
