Well, they all are for the most part. IMO most Monroe Co. properties rob the buyer blind.Great! Find me a steal somewhere near Bloomington!
Well, lest anyone get too excited, I've been approved for 12 years. But I just renewed. Somehow having that piece of paper and the inane continuing education classes makes me competent.
Yeah, that was sort of the premise for the thread. You know there's a gap in the logic when an agent actually tries to tell me that the dent on an overhead garage door compromises the structural integrity of the whole house. But she was licensed, so it's all good. Of course, I've had to be *that* agent once when my clients kept demanding I ask for more and more from the seller. I felt dirty after that transaction. As a society we are heavy on credentials and a bit short on ability.
Congrats on your acquisition of the state's blessing.
The guy looking for a place near Bloomington should look south.
As one of the resident window lickers here at INGO I have no idea what you just said. But, as a fellow Ingo'er I am happy that you have achieved a goal that not just helps other, but also helps your family! Congrats 88GT.I am again competent to practice residential real estate sales and property management because the state has said so.
Carry on.
Sadly that I understand!Congratulations on being state certifiable.
