I wondered what the heck is going on in that photo...so I Googled it and found that Anderson Cooper apparently has some kind of "Montel"ish show and he took all those kids' moms and dressed them exactly like they doll up their kids to see how they felt with the shoe on the other foot.
Here's the whole photo and a link to the short write up...containing a link to a mom in the pageant who dressed her 3 year old up as Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman. Not the "post makeover" Julia... the Hooker part.
You read that right... a mom dressed her 3 year old like a movie hooker.

Something about this whole thing is pretty messed up.
