I got to shoot a full auto Uzi at the INGO NFA day that had a HUGE magazine. That was the most surprising gun of the day for me in terms of expectations being shattered. It was much more of a blast to shoot and control than I thought it would be.

Got my Action Arms / IMI 45 UZI out last week after I put a top cover optic rail and Primary Arms red dot on it...made it even more fun to shoot...

So I've come into a bit of cash recently, and I'm considering pulling the trigger on SBR'ing my UZI.

I understand I need to do the paperwork first, but where in East Central Indiana would be a good place to have my barrel cut down? Also, is anyone especially suited to engraving my name/address on the gun? And how much would they charge for one/both service(s)?

Also, I'm tempted to buy a suppressor for this thing, sometime down the road. Are there any special considerations I should take when SBR'ing my UZI? Like maybe a specific barrel length or some such? I was thinking it'd be nice if someone made a suppressor that would simply replace my barrel nut...
