    Sharpen a paring knife from your kitchen, thats a cheap as it gets. make a cut across the back at the last rib work around to the belly, and pull skin off and over legs and head from both sides, cut off head and feet(i use pruners for this), then remove inards.

    You can get a super cheap paring knife for around .99 cents. If you tear it up, toss it and get a new one.
