I have used a zippo for lots of years. Tried a butane lighter, but those thing leak after a week or so of use. Always have a regular lughter in my coat as a backup. Snagged 3 big bottles of zippo fluid awhile back for 75cent each. Keeping flints on hand is a pain for me. I always forget to get more when i use my last backup flint i keep in the bottom of the zippo. Torch strikers dont work so well lighting a smoke unless the torch is lit.

I keep a striker as a last resort backup. Helpers tend to throw them in the mud or leave them out in the rain so I refuse to even let them know I have one.

Let alone I am about the only person in our shop that doesn't smoke.
