I need some prayers.....

We are useually not people that ask for anything from people, But I need any help I can get.
Last Tuesday my wife and the love of my life was diagnosed with, at this point, inoperable cancer throughout her abdomen. The doctor gave us a grim prognosis , but I know she will make it, she just needs all the help she can get.
