Identify this critter! Wolf or Coyote?

I'd vote for a coy-dog. I've seen a few over the years. They are usually larger than a coyote and they do not have the pronounced snout that coyotes posses. Their tails usually are not as bushy as a coyote also. Good shooting.

Wolves are BIG predators designed for big prey (elk, moose.) A coyote will tuck tail and run at the first sight of a human, a wolf will sometimes stand there and size you up deciding if you're worth taking on.
