I would probably say a Glock 21SF but now I would have to say a Union Switch & Signal 1911 after shooting the one my father owns. I kind of got attached to it after handling it.

If I had to choose from within my collection it would either be my Les Baer 1911 or my Glock 19. Ironically, I might choose the HK 45C I am thinking of trading or selling right now. It does a lot of things well.

It all goes back to what you think you would use it primarily for I suppose.

I am going with a revolver, if we get to that point I am not so sure about semi's being allowed to be owned. Understand sentiment here.
So I am saying either a colt python, or ruger redhawk in 357 or M29 S&W.
I am really having a difficult problem going with just one.

I'll keep my USPc .40.. And if it is banned in the future, for my second choice, I think I'll keep my USPc .40..

Ruger GP100-6" barrel, stainless. Either that or a 627-0, but if I picked the 627, it's only because it's so much prettier.

Glock guys don't know what they're talking about when they say "accurate."

Glock 27 or maybe Glock 31. I love both but the 27 is a great pocket gun.

    which would it be?

Lets say in the future we were limited to only be able to own one.

Which would you choose for carry, shooting steel, home protection and anything else you use one for.

    What's your workhorse?

I have a 357mag with a 4in barrel it is great for most everything but if I were to use it for hunting it would need to be a close clean shot before I would shoot a deer sized game animal with it.
