Could you imagine how degrading it would be to be on foodstamps all the time, having no money for anything, and having really poor "minimum" healthcare coverage? Yeah there are some like that.
But there are also the ones who have a thriving ebay business making a good living. They just don't report the income and keep the $20-$30 K in benefits.
