    So who here exercises regularly? I've been lifting since I was 20 at 135lbs. Five and a half years later I'm sitting as a 220 hulkster. OSUT really helped me get into cardio, my long time nemesis. I still have a love-hate relationship with it. I love that it shreds the fat off me, but I hate doing it.

    Also I've taking to training my sister who kinda let herself go there for a while but now she's showing real effort and I see big improvements in her future.

    Lets discus our workouts and help each other. Maybe some people can find a workout buddy here and we can all look like the guys on the cover of a Manowar album.

    We have an INGO fitness thread going. IMO you can do all sorts of workouts, but what it took me the longest to realize is that is really is all about what you eat! Intake can really overpower output!
