[Informed Decision]

I just heard from a former Evansville police officer that he was told... The state of Indiana plans to crack down on OC. The reason he said was because of a heightened sense of concern by the public after all the shooting s nationwide. He said if a LEO is called on a MWG that the OC'r could be charged with some sort of reckless charge & loose their LTCH . Not certain how accurate this is, but I believe we have some LEO's on INGO who can shed light on this. My friend knows I CC so it wasn't directed toward me.

I wouldn't put to much stock in that... I have a nephew whose classmates older brother was a deputy of some sort and that guy said that Indiana likes OC and they were going to mandate it.

There are the standard BS charges used to harass such as disorderly conduct, intimidation, etc. But those things won't take your latch. They have no law to stand on. It cant, Err... ummmm... I mean SHOULDN'T work.

I also heard this exact same stone cold fact, OC is going to be outlawed as part of the new United Nations law doing away with lifetime carry. UN law prohibits OC for lifetime license holders.
