Here it gets tricky, a tactical 1 1/2" to 2" web belt that will fit a 4X or 46" waist and also an "H" style low stretch 2" tactical suspender in "El Grande" size.

check ebay......safariland makes holsters that will work for the light and such...not cheap though...but I recently stumbled on a LARGE selection of safarilands being listed on ebay....as far as the belt goes....I have no idea with that size

in fact I just purchased two safarilands off Ebay for the usual price of 1 from safariland.......deals can be had at online auctions if you know how to abuse their searches....auctions are where I buy majority of my collection
