IN Military Museum-Vincennes New Location

I was out and about in Knox County yesterday and drove by the new location of the Indiana Military Museum. It is just off the interesction ow Willow Street and South Sixth Street. I am not sure when it will open to the public, the web site is very outdated, but they appeared to be working away.



Static display of several aircraft and armor, they even have a mock bunker. Looks like it will be a cool place to visit when open.

I just got my engagement pictures at the old one. I love that place and am glad the new location is coming along. You were close to the farm!

You are a lot closer than me, keep your eyes peeled. What range are you driving to? Is it public?

It should be open in Aug. of this year.
It looks like it is really coming along. They were doing an encampment with WWII reenactors the past few years. There would have vintage aircraft do flyovers and a USO show afterwards. Its pretty cool. I hope they do that again this year, its def. worth going.

Wabash Valley sportsmans club is what i think its called. Only gun range i know of around here.

Thanks for the pics. My gpa, WWII vet (silver star, purple heart, French Legion of Merit)(had to brag. haha), went this past weekend and really enjoyed it.
