    Are there are any criminal penalties attached to violation of the possible new code? ...if not, meh.

    Why did the Democrats vote against it? Don't they stand for due process?


    The Dems voted against it cause there is a dem in the oval office.
    If there was a repub in the oval office, the repups wouldv voted against it.

    Even if it is unconstitutional but out guy did it, we are for it, but if the other guy did it, we are against it.

    partisan politics, why cant folks see it?

    Here's hoping it passes the house and that Pence has the guts to sign it. Hopefully David Long won't get his hands on it and kill it, like SB130.

    If it has already passed the Senate, Long can't pull it back into the chamber now unless the House passes a different version that would have to be reconciled in a conference committee. From what I know of Mike Pence's record, he'll sign the bill if it reaches him.
