Some good news from the state senate. And now off to the house and hopefully the Governor's desk.

Yes it says not more than one year imprisonment and up to $5000 fine.

It has now been two weeks since I e-mailed Senator Glick asking why she voted against SB400. So far, She has not responded.

Why did the Democrats vote against it? Don't they stand for due process?

The Dems voted against it cause there is a dem in the oval office.
If there was a repub in the oval office, the repups wouldv voted against it.

Even if it is unconstitutional but out guy did it, we are for it, but if the other guy did it, we are against it.

Here's hoping it passes the house and that Pence has the guts to sign it. Hopefully David Long won't get his hands on it and kill it, like SB130.

If it has already passed the Senate, Long can't pull it back into the chamber now unless the House passes a different version that would have to be reconciled in a conference committee. From what I know of Mike Pence's record, he'll sign the bill if it reaches him.

It's very scary that there were 17 people that voted against this!!! Maybe they should be detained....
